What is your purpose, and how do you begin defining it? Here are some questions we ask, to help us understand what makes our clients tick:

Why does your business exist beyond making a profit? What positive impact do you aspire to make in the world?

Is what you think about your business based on assumptions? Sense-check; ask your customers and review the data.

Do you really know who your audience is? Have their perspectives and needs changed over time?

Logic aside, what is the emotional reason why people choose you? Does this explain their loyalty?

How do you think your team would describe the company culture? Would they all say the same thing?

Has your value proposition been created collaboratively, or by one person?

Are you clear on what do you stand for? And what don’t you stand for? Indifference is not an option.
